My name is Faith Petersen, and I am a graduate of Animal Behavior College, where I earned my certification as an ABC Certified Dog Trainer in 2008. Animal Behavior College (ABC) is approved by the Bureau for Postsecondary and Vocational Education and is internationally recognized. My year-long commitment to this program has provided me with formal education in canine obedience training and a deep understanding of behavior and its motives. My certification, education, and experience equip me with the skills required to effectively and humanely train your dog using positive reinforcement methods. I am licensed, insured, and certified. I have also been voted Best Dog Trainer in Auburn for six consecutive years, including 2024!

Let’s make training enjoyable again! My focus is on teaching essential obedience skills such as sit, down, and stay. We transform training into exciting games, like dog ping pong, to keep your dog engaged. Together, we’ll identify what truly motivates your dog—whether it’s food, attention, or a favorite toy. I will provide you with actionable homework, ensuring we maintain consistency in training. I look forward to an exciting training journey with you and your dog.
